Local carriers typically leave the package in a safe spot if no one is home. Please check around your home, and with neighbors or building management, as they may have collected the package for you. The Dark Brown shade will mainly cover your grays and turn them brown, but it won’t change your black hair to dark brown. If you want your grays to blend in with your black hair, the Black shade would be a better option.
